Trayce Carr

Licensed Massage Therapist & EMS Trainer

Nearly 25 years of hands-on experience. A passion for strength. One personalized approach to helping you feel and move better.

Trayce brings a unique combination of experience to Restore Health & Longevity Center as both a Licensed Massage Therapist and EMS Trainer. With nearly 25 years of massage therapy experience and a background in personal training, she understands the body from both sides—how to challenge it to become stronger and how to help it recover.

Her philosophy is simple: no two people are the same, so no two treatments or training sessions should be the same.

Massage Therapy with Trayce

Over nearly 25 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Trayce has worked with thousands of clients with a wide range of needs—from athletes and active adults to people experiencing chronic muscle tension, everyday stress, physical limitations and those receiving hospice care.

Every session begins by listening.

Trayce takes the time to understand what you are feeling, what may be limiting you and what you hope to accomplish. She then draws from years of hands-on experience to create an individualized treatment designed to help you leave feeling and moving better.

Her massage techniques may include:

  • Deep Tissue Massage

  • Sports Massage

  • Graston Technique

  • Cupping

  • Assisted Stretching

  • Soft-Tissue and Recovery Techniques

Whether you’re recovering from a tough workout, dealing with persistent tightness, trying to improve mobility or simply need time to reset, Trayce adapts each session to you.

EMS Training with Trayce

Trayce also joins Restore’s Miha Bodytec Whole-Body EMS training team, bringing her personal training experience and extensive understanding of muscles and movement into every workout.

She has spent years helping clients who want to build strength, increase muscle, improve fitness, manage their weight and simply feel more confident in their bodies.

Her passion for strength training is also personal. After seeing her mother experience severe osteoporosis, Trayce developed an even greater appreciation for the importance of maintaining strength and muscle throughout life.

Her EMS sessions are creative, individualized and designed around your abilities and goals. She also incorporates mobility and stretching when appropriate so that your training isn’t only about working hard—it’s about helping your body continue to move well.

With whole-body EMS, a highly efficient 20-minute training session uses electrical muscle stimulation alongside guided exercises to create muscular contractions while you train.

Train + Recover: A Powerful Combination

What makes working with Trayce especially unique?

She understands both training and recovery.

The same professional guiding your EMS strength session can also understand your areas of tightness, mobility limitations and recovery needs from a massage therapy perspective.

That creates an opportunity for a more thoughtful approach to your overall wellness:

TRAIN. STRENGTHEN. RECOVER. REPEAT.

Whether you see Trayce for massage therapy, EMS training—or incorporate both into your Restore routine—her goal remains the same:

Meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.
