Cryo has helped me in many ways. Most importantly, all of the aches and pains in my back and knees from being 45 and trying to play sports like squash, tennis and golf have all been greatly diminished, I am able to play better, longer and more often as a result. I use cryo mostly for recovery. I will go after working out or playing sports. Sometimes I will go before playing golf. I try to go at least three times a week and sometimes I will do a double session.
