In our FST session we will focus on the muscles of the lower body. Opening up these muscles and creating flexibility in the glutes, hamstrings, and low back is going to be key in optimal hip rotation involved in the golf swing as well as the extension of your hips in the follow through. This session will allow you to become aware of the imbalances and restrictions that may be holding you back from improving your game. You will leave with a better understanding of your body as well as a plan to take your game to the next level.
What is Fascial Stretch Therapy?
Fascial stretch therapy (FST) is a unique treatment that improves flexibility and posture. This pain-free therapy increases space between the joints, eliminating trigger points, and allows for better muscle activation and relaxation.
We will discuss adjustments that can be made for peak athletic performance and other observations needed to evolve as a superior Golf athlete.
